Terms and Conditions
Upon purchase please leave the full name of the recipient. No physical gift card will be sent to you. The recipient will then need to contact me to redeem the balance off their chosen costume.
Gift cards can be redeemed only by the recipient named at time of purchase. They cannot be sold to another person.
Gift cards will remain valid from 6 months of purchase date. If the full amount is not redeemed in this time it will be forfeited.
Balance is eligible on any custom order or style already listed on the website only. Not available to use on the Etsy store. Any balance outside of the gift card value will need to be paid when placing the order.
Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash value. Value of the gift card will be taken off the order and refunded back to gift card format if the item is returned. Gift cards are non refundable.
Usual processing times of up to 4 weeks will apply on all costumes ordered using a gift card. Orders must be placed when the shop is open for orders. No orders can be placed when the monthly limit of the shop has been reached.
Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers or offers. You may not sell your gift voucher and it may not be used in sales or promotional activities including giveaways, or prizes in competitions without our prior consent. We reserve the right to cancel any gift voucher that we suspect has been resold or obtained in connection with an unauthorised sales or promotional activity.
Cirque Wear by Shelley reserves the right to amend these gift voucher terms and conditions from time to time with no prior notice.
