One back warmer made in the colour of your choice. Available in 4 sizes (check the size chart pictured for measurements. These are the sizes of the finished product.)

These back warmers are made of high quality matte lycra and double layered for extra warmth.

Back warmers are an essential to assist in warm ups, they help warm up your back and core muscles faster and slow the rate of cooling down after your workout. Warm muscles are more flexible muscles so great for anyone working on or using their flexibility. They also offer a layer protection from burns and bruises when practising aerial and pole disciplines! They also act as an extra layer in any workout for maximum sweat!

I wear my own back warmer out and about on particularly cold days as an extra layer.

Perfect for dancers, aerialists, pole performers, circus artists, contortionists and anyone active looking for an extra layer. You can wear your back warmer pulled right up or scrunched or folded down according to preference! You can see variations of wear pictured.

Machine wash your back warmer at 30 degrees as and when needed. Extreme hot washes may cause fabric shrinkage.
